What Does This Ultrasound Test Result For Uterus Indicate?
What does this mean? Cervix 2.5X2.9X3.4cm, endometrium 0.73cm, isoechoic and intact, uterus 4.3x4.5x3.8cm; normal in size globular and anteverted with coarse myometrial echoes, suggestive of adenomyosis. there is also an intramural myoma nodule, upper posterior wall = 1.0x0.8x0.8cm right ovary 2.4x1.6x1.8cm normal in size and echotexture 2.5x1.50.9cm, normal in size and echotexture for left ovary, cul-de-sac: no free fluid impression normal sized globular anteverted uterus with sonologic features suggestive of adenomyosis slighlty thickened endometirum and normal ovaries
