Dear Doctor, I did a scan and the result says a non-gravid, anteverted, marginally bulky uterus measuring about 84mm x 48mm x54mm(longitudinal x AP x Tranverse) with inhomogeneous myometrial echo-texture. Uterus outline is lobulated at the postero-fundal uterine segment. Endometrial plate is thickened. No intra- or extra-uterine gestation seen. No retain product of conception. About 2 well defined, echopenic solid masses measuring about 42mm x 34mm (posterior, intramural) and 36mm x 34mm (postero-fundal, subserous) are noted at the postero-fundal uterine segment. Features are consistent with Multiple Uterine Myoma(moderate size), no complex ovarian cyst noted. Sizeable echo-free fluid is noted within the cul-de-sac, indicative of Pelvic Inflammatory Diseases (PID), Adnexae are relatively free.
