Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
According to your ultrasound of pelvic organs, your uterus was normal in size, contour & echotexture. Pod or poch of douglas was also normally viewed. Both ovaries were normal in size. However they appeared to be divided in multiple cyst like cavities or were polycystic in pattern seen by ultrasound.
So all togethar according to your ultrasound you might be suffering from PCOD or polycystic ovarian syndrome. In this ovaries become divided in cystic cavities due to excess male hormone in female body. It could be responsible for irregular or no menstrual periods, heavy periods, excess body and facial hair, acne, pelvic pain, trouble getting pregnant, etc. However diagnosis should be made by combination of ultrasound & symptoms. Only ultrasound picture cannot be labeleed as PCOS.

Refer to your gynaecologist
Hope this information helps
