Hello,
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

The above described result suggestive of UTI(Urinary Tract Infection). It is a quite common problem during first trimester of pregnancy. You don't need to worry as it can be cured completely with prompt antibiotic therapy and complications are very rare.
I suggest you to consult a general practitioner or a gynecologist and get the following things done:
1.It is better to do a urine culture to find out exact bacteria causing the disease and to chose the best antibiotics.
2.Short course of antibiotics needed based on culture reports. It could be oral drugs or intravenous depending on the severity of the disease.
3.Drink plenty of water and have healthy diet, cranberry juice is very effective in UTI, as it act as urinary antiseptic and cleanse your urinary tract.
4.An ultrasound scan may be needed in some some cases to look for any disease condition in your abdomen.
5.check your blood sugar level to rule out diabetes.

You can try the following to prevent UTI:-
1.Stay hydrated, drink at least eight cup of water a day.
2.Empty your bladder shortly before and after sex.
3.Avoid pants that are too tight.
4.Avoid feminine hygiene products. Douches or powders can cause irritation to an already vulnerable area.
5.have healthy diet and adequate sleep.

Hope I have answered your query.
Wishing you good health.

Regards.
Dr.Shinas
