What Does This Urinalysis Report Indicate?

My urinalysis report indicates the ff:

Specific Gravity 1.005
Sugar negative
Protein (+)
Pus Cells 15-20/hpf

What does it means? I am actually worried as the nurse told me to have myself check.

Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

Your urine examination suggest that you have Urinary tract infection. It is very common in females due to shorter urethra & urinary tract.
There is nothing much to worry. Drink lot of water would be helpful. Take sitz bath if you are female. Norfloxacin 400mg twice a day can be taken for 5 days.

If problem persist visit a physician
Don't worry you would be fine
Hoping your query is solved.
