What Does This Urinalysis Report Indicate?

Hi Dr. Please I need your help to understand my wife's urine analysis report, she is 27 years old, Have 7 months baby (breastfeeding), she uses IUD birth control, and has irregular period:
Color: Yellow - Aspect: Slight turbid - Reaction: 5.0 - Specific gravity: 1025 - (Aceton/ Albumin / Bilirubin / urobilinogen/ sugar) : Nil - Nitrite : Negative - PusCells: 6-8 HPF - RBCs: 8-10 HPF - (Casts/ Ova/Crystals) : Nil - Amorphus: urate + - Epithelial Cells: ++
Would you please help me?

Hi, i do care for your concern.
You have not mentioned for what reason this test i taken for, and any specific symptoms with patient.
The above report shows, urine is highly acidic, and RBC's and pus cells indicate mild infection in urinary tract.
However if there is no physical symptoms, then this is of less concern.
Irregular period following IUD is common and will normalized in 3 to 4 cycles.
