I had pain in my lower back and i felt chill for two days, I went to the Dr. and this is the lab test result Urinalysis colour: P/yello Appearance: clear PH: 8 , Specific gravity: 1.015, Protein: positive, Glucose: negative ,Ketone: positive, Urobilingen: positive, Bilirubin: neg, Nitrite: neg, Blood: positive
MICROBILOGY Salmonella typhi 'O' Positive; 1:160 Salmonella typhi 'H' Positive: 1;320 STOOL MICROSCOPY: No OCP seen
Based on the history and the report of the Widal test given you seem to be suffering from typhoid.
Typhoid fever is a bacterial infection which spreads by feco oral route (eating or drinking contaminated food or water) is treated with a course of oral antibiotics like Fluoroquinolones or Cefixime with Azithromycin for at least 10-14 days.
Along with antibiotics, you need to
1. Take tab Paracetamol to reduce the raised body temperature, 2. Take bland diet for at least 3 weeks 3. Avoid constipation, take fruits, plenty of oral fluids 4. Avoid smoking, alcohol, caffeine and certain medications like NSAID pain killers.
