General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I have undergone through your urine analysis. Presence of RBC and bacteria suggests urinary tract infection. If there is pain then stone can be ruled out. Result can be correlated with symptoms. I would suggest to consult urologist and undergo examination and if pain is there then for USG scan.

Following prescribed treatment will useful for UTI:

- Tablet septran Ds, Tablet pyridium Syrup cital

- Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pineapple

Do not delay in emptying the bladder and empty it completely. Maintain proper pelvic hygiene.

Hope this may help you. Contact further if follow up needed.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
