I have a nine year old daughter and here s the result of her urinalysis last June 14, 2015 PUS Cells: 4-7/HPF RBC: 0-3 /HPF Epithelial Cells: Many A. Urates/Phos.: Moderate Mucus Threads: Many However last May 22, 2015 her Urinalysis are as follows: PH : 6.0 Acidic PUS Cell : 3-5/hpf RBC: 0-2 Epithelial Cell: Moderate Amorphous Urates/Phos. : Moderate Mucus Thread: Moderate Bacteria: Moderate Calcium Oxalate : Moderate She complain of stomach ache, although bearable. Urinalysis isn't grossly deranged but if symptoms persist ultrasound KUB and abdomen may be needed along with pediatric review for detailed clinical examination.
