Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have gone through your urine report and I understand your concern regarding it being disturbed while being pregnant. The presence of WBCs, RBCs and bacteria in your urine point towards the presence of UTI ( Urinary Tract Infection) and the presence of mucous and squamous cells points towards the contamination of the urine sample, most probably by vaginal discharge) for which your doctor may ask you to repeat this test.
Pregnant women are more susceptible to UTI so no need to worry as it is completely treatable. I would suggest you consult your local physician for detailed clinical evaluation and further management accordingly as the drugs and their doses have to be carefully monitored in a way to be safe for you and your baby.
I hope this answers your question. Please feel free to contact HCM again if you have any concerns. Wishing you and your baby good health.
