What Does This Urinalysis Report Specify For A Pregnant Woman?

Hello doctor, My wife is 13 weeks pregnant and she was feeling pain in lower abdomen since past one week. Today she went visit the gynaecologist and they performed a urine test. followings are the details: Color - Pale Yellow Clarity - Clear pH - 5.5 SG GLU - Not detected PRO - Not Detected BIL - Negative URO - Negative Pus Cells - 10-12/hpf RBC s- 4-10/hpf E.P. Cells - 4-6/hpf Crystals - Nil Casts - Nil We are worried since this is our first baby. Please suggest. Is this a worrisome issue? Kind regards, Nathan

I really appreciate your concern, such lower abdomen pain may be just discomfort and not the pure form of pain and the urine test is okay ask her to drink little more water, in first and second trimester such nonspecific complaint are very common just give her moral support assured her for complete safety and ask her not to worry, be happy, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
