What Does This Urinalysis Report Specify?

Good day. My urinalysis results Color is light yellow, transparency- slt.turbis, PH-6.5, Specific gravity-1.010, albumin- negative, sugar-negative, pus cells 1-3/hpf, red blood cells - 0-2/hpf, epithecal cells - moderate, bacteria- moderate, A. Urates is some and mucus threads is some. Please help me to interpret the results. thanks

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

Your Urinalysis report shows presence of 1-3 pus cells, moderate number of epithelial cells & 0-2 red blood cells under high power field of microscope. Bacteria were also seen in moderate numbers in specimen. Some quantity of urates & mucous threads were also found. This shows slight urinary tract infection in you. This could also be due to urinary tract calculus or stones.

All other features such as colour, PH, clarity, specific gravity etc all are normal. There is also no albumin protein or sugar found in specimen. Therefore your kidney function or filtration should also be normal.
