Hi,

Noted the short history about your 10 month old daughter having pale yellow urine in spite of extra 10 ml water and regular breast feeding.
Since the urine report is normal except for phosphorus, the stones and infection of urinary tract are ruled out.
Phosphorous is not much of a problem as it can be present due to concentration of urine.
The yellow urine is usually indicative of partial dehydration that is the need for the liquid/water part should be increased well.
Also get the urine sample repeated.
And get the blood sample tested for liver function tests as well as serum calcium and phosphorous.
increase water content.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
