General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As there is pain lower abdomen with blood and pus in the urine, indicate urinary tract infection secondary to gravels or calculus in the urinary system most likely.

Once the primary concern is taken care of, I recommend undertaking an ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis for the diagnosis and care ahead.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
