hi doctor may i ask u question iam pregnat in 8month iam 26 years old i made urine analysis the report tell me the following:

aspect :turbid

nitrite:nil
albumin:nil
sugar:nil
acetone:++
bile salt:nil
bile pigments:nil
uroglobilinogen:normal trace
rbcs:1-2
pus cell:70-80 with clumps
epithelial cells:many
crystals:few amorphus urate
mucus:few
plz tell me what mean by this analysis (this is the 3 time to be pregnant ihave 2 duaghters usually in perivious pregnany have pus cell in urine my doctore treat it by antibiotics )

hi you are suffering again from urinary tract infection. you should be drinking a lot of water min 10 12 glasses a day and cranberry juice which is also beneficial. start tab nitrofurantoin 10 mg twice a day for 7 days and take Syp alkasol 2 tsf with 1 glass water thrice daily for 5 days. take tab urispas twice a day for 3 days. all the best take care.
