my urinalysis says - pus cells of 3.5 /hpf , rbc - 1-2/hpf, epith cells *** (3 plus), bacteria **(2 Plus), wbc cast /lpf, color- light yellow, reaction- acidic, albumin - negative, character- clear, gravity 1.005, sugar negative .... what does it mean? thank you

It means you have bacterial infection in urinerry tract. You need some antibiotic medicine. You might be suffer from pain or burning sensation during urination.
