What Does This Urine Report Indicate?

I am 65 years old and 5 4 . I just had a physical yesterday and due to a consistent urge to urinate which I described to my doctor, she had me give a urine sample. With the exception of WBC (U) of 4-10 HPF, the remaining results were normal. What does the WBC result mean?

Hello and welcome to Healthcamagic.
It means that there is some sort of inflammation in urinary tract and. It may be caused by bacterial infection. So you should do additional tests,at least urinoculture and kidneys ultrasound to rule out uroinfection. Then if necessary,antibiotics may be given.
