General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.
The given report of urine analysis is suggestive of urinary tract infection.

Consult a physician for further evaluation and you may be asked to do a urine culture and sensitivity test to detect the organisms causing this infection and based upon the result you have to take a course of appropriate antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Meanwhile take plenty of oral fluids to maintain a good urine output.

Hope this answers your query.
