What Does This Urine Routine Test In A 3 Year Old Indicate?

Hello Doctor, my son is 2.7 year old. Below is the Urine Routine Test report. Please advise.Colour :Pale yellow ,Clarity :Clear ,Specific gravity: QNS ,Reaction (pH) :Acidic ,Protein: Trace,Glucose: Nil,Pus Cells: 6-8,Epithelial cells: 2-4,RBCs: 1-2,Casts, Crystals & Others : Nil

i have gone through your query and being ur physcian i completely understand ur health concerns.
based upon this lab result it appear to be URINARY TRACT INFECTION. There are rbc casts which may point towards tubular defect. have ur doctor checked his BLOOD PRESSURE ??
In my opinion you should meet PEDIATRICIAN so that appropriate antibiotics canbe inititaed timely....
,meanwhile stay calm and try to give him plenty of fluids.
u can use acetamniophen syrup to relieve fever if he has so..
