What Does This Urine Test Report Indicate?

i got my urine test done it says wbc/puc cells 25-30/hpf red blood cells nil epithelial cells 8-10/hpf reaction ph 5.0 specific gravity 1.015 protein and glucose nil. My culture report states organism isolated Escherichia coli colony count >1,00,000 cfu/ml any help

Hello dear.
in urine Escherichia coli colony count >1,00,000 cfu/ml suggest
you are suffering from complicated urinary tract infection due to E. Coli bacteria.
So treatment for this is broad spectrum antibiotics against E.coli for 10-14 days.
If you are able to take orally then take fluroquinolone.
If it is not possible, take ceftazidime parentrally.
You should shift to oral therapy with in 72 hr as you able to tolerate oral drugs.
Follow up urine culture after 14 days to confirm the eradication of E.Coli.
