I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

Urine test report of your son shows Color yellow, appearance slightly turbid,gravity 1.010, ph 5, uric acid crystals few, calcium oxalate few, amorphous urate +1 all these are normal findings in urine.
Also you should have mentioned presence of pus cell, RBCs, epithelial cells in urine, which are done in urine examination also.
You should also refer to child specialist for consultation
