What Does This Urine Test Result Indicate?

Sir yesterday i made urine test result as follows. Volume 20ml, colour pale yellow, appearance Turbid, reaction Acidic, PH 6.0, specific gravity 1.030, Albumin Trace, sugar Nil, Bile pigments Present, Bile salt Weak positive. Pus cells 10-12/HPF, EPITHELIAL CELLS 2-3/HPF, RBC 4-5/HPF, CRYSTALS NIL, CAST NIL, MICRO ORGANISMS NIL, OTHERS NIL. BY THIS REPORT WGAT IS MY CONDITION ANY PROBLEM TO ME
