What Does This Urine Test Result Indicate?

My urine test came back as cloudy abnormal, wbc esterase1+ abnormal. My creatinine, serum levels are 1.02, and my eGFR non africanam are 58 (low), BUN/Creantinine ratio is 13. I m not feeling well, feel like I m going to explode, puffy face and fingers.

Your kidney tests show a low kidney function and also the puffiness in the face and fingers are due to this.
You will need to have the proper tests to identify the cause of the kidney failure and have the proper treatment for it. Please follow the recommendations of your doctor when it comes to testing and treatment.
