What Does This Urine Test Result Indicate?

hello sir my age is 20, height 165 cms, weight 63 kgs, i have found the following in my urine test please tell me what do you think about it.
pus cells: 2-4/hpf
red blood cells: absenmt
epithileal cells: 0-2/hpf
crystals: 8-10/ hpf
amorphous deposits: absent
yeast cells: absent
bacteria: absent
mucus threads: absent
spermatozoa: absent

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your report is almost normal.
Up to 5 pus cells in urine are normal /HPF.
Epithelial cells are basically normal cells that represent contamination of the urine specimen with skin cells.It is very common and is not concerning.
Few crystals are normally seen in urine.
Your condition also need clinical correlation .
