What Does This Uterus Scan Report Indicate?

I am 24 yr old and been having LLQ pain for few months, always after my period, like the midle of the month.. Results for US today

Initially, transabdominal scanning of the pelvis was performed.

Subsequently, for further assessment of the pelvic contents,

transvaginal scanning was performed.
There is a normal-appearing midline uterus. The uterus measures

6.3cm sagittally x 3.4 cm AP x 3.8cm transversely. The myometrium

is normal in appearance. The endometrial stripe appears normal

measuring 9mm in thickness.

dominant follicle and a large complex left ovarian cyst. The right

ovary measures 4.3cm in maximal dimension. There is a dominant

follicle as well as multiple smaller follicles. Scanning of the left

adnexal region revealed a very small crescent shaped rim of ovarian

tissue adjacent to a very large complex multi-septated cystic mass

measuring 10.2 x 5.6 x 7.8 cm in size. Doppler interrogation

revealed increased vascularity in the thick internal septations. A

small amount of free fluid is present in the pelvis. Please advise
