What Does This Uterus Scan Report Indicate?

Hi... I am 29 years old, done Ultra scan and found that my right ovary is bulky and there are 3 - 4 tiny immature follicles noted both centrally and periphery in both ovaries, My right ovary measures 3.2 X 2.4 X 2.2 cm (Volume 9.0 cc) and left ovary measures 2.8 X 2.2 X 2.0 cm (Volume 6.9 cc). Please tell is it cyst or I'll face any problem in conceiving.
