What Does This Uterus Scan Report Indicate?

Hi, my daughter was diagnosed with the following: anteverted uterus - 108x 77x 95 mm in diameter. Multiple fibroids - app 6 seeen. Largest fibroid measuring 53 x 73 mm - subserosal and seen in anterior fundal uterine wall. She, 36 years, is a newly-wed, hoping to have children, but is skeptical about having surgery. Advise please.
