What Does This Uterus Scan Report Indicate?

hi my height is 5ft ans 5 inches

i weigh 80 kgs i did not get any menses in the month of april and May Last time i got menses was on march 2nd i did pregnancy test and it was negetive

as per the USg o my pelvis

impressions

normal uterus with thick endometrium

normal ovaries and adenexa

minimal free fluid in pelvis
right ovary measures 27.5x33.7x17.2mm and 9.0cc in volume

left ovary measures 28.9x15.8x17.2mm and 4.0cc in volume

uterus is 76.3x33.7mm

endometrium is thick and measures 13.4mm

kindly tell is every thing ok why the mensuration is delayed
