I am 28 yr old and i have poysystic orarian deasese in my both overy. there are multiple non dominante folical (20-25) in number noted in both overy. MY left overy adherent with utrine surface and probe tenderness. My both overy are normal in shape. so please tell me about can i concive a baby nd there is a proper cure or medication as level for the condition is present or not.
