What Does This Uterus Scan Report Indicate?

Hi I am 40 year old .last month I have an ivf treatment but 2weaks before I have an negative result.from the egg retrival day I have an abdominal pain . today I did the scan .the report says that uterus 8.8cm*4.1*5.8cm,trace ff,left ovary 5.3*2.3*3.5cm complex lasich appear to be connected to lo 4.5*2.2*3.0cm echogenic component 0.7*6.0*0.6cm pls help me.this reprt is normal are I have any problem.
