My uterus is in retroverted in position size is length 8.6 width5.0 ap 3.6.its mildly bulky is size.the myometrium is of homogeneous texture.endometrium is 6.2 mm in thickness and has mixed echo.Right ovary is 9.9 cm*3 and left is 4.8 cm*3.right ovary is moderately enlarged with presence of clear cyst of size 22*16 mm.what medicine should be applicable for me now?
