What Does This Uterus Ultrasound Report Indicate?
Hi Doctor
I am 49 yrs working lady and My Ultra sound report says
Three hypoechoic seedling mass lesions noted two arising from posterior myometrium and one outside the fundus of uterus. Endomet echos are normal endomet thickness 7.0mm adnexeus clear, no free fluid
A few dilated loops of bowel noted
I had pain in lower abdomen and the the pain circulated to leg.
Loss of energy, constipation history.
Path test says ESR 34, TCH 5,54 Hb 10, Urine OK
