What Does This Uterus Ultrasound Report Indicate?

I had a ultrasound result and the impressions are.. retroverted uterus with thickened endometrial stripe measuring 18.6mm, a tiny nabothian cyst, cervix and normal ovaries with follicles (the largest in the right measures 13.5x 15.5).i am 31 yrs old, 5'4", 132 lbs. do i have something to worry about the result?
