What Does This Uterus Ultrasound Report Indicate?

I had an ultrasound after extreme abdominal pain. My results say that everything is ok but was curious about my measurements. They are uterus is 7.5 x 2.6 x 3.9, my endometrium is 4.5mm and both my ovaries are 3cc. Are these measurements normal? I have had a baby 2 if that makes a difference. I'm currently trying to conceive again and want 2 know that it's possible.
