Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
I read your query carefully.
As per details,
It seems to be a picture of polycystic ovarian syndrome.
If I will be your treating doctor,
I would advise you to take Birthcontrol pills which contains both Estrogen and Progesteron for 3-4 months.
If you are over weight then take Metformin 500mg twice a day with meal.
Avoid spicy and fast food.
Go for Ultrasound scan again after 3 months and then consult with Gynaecologist or write again with report.
Hope so it will be helpful.
You can write again in case of any query or follow up.
Wish you Good health.
Regards
