What Does This Uterus Ultrasound Test Result For Irregular Periods Indicate?

I am 25 years old girl. I use to have irregular periods like extension of dates as well the flow. Sometimes I feel the pain in my lower abdomen and also at the back side. I consulted with gynaecologist and did an USG. there it seems I have multiple peripheral follicies in both the ovaries. Sir, what does it mean? is it something serious? can I get problem in future in fertilization?

I really appreciate your concern, it is not the abnormal finding but multiple follocles are indicative of near matured menses phase it is not the disease condition it may not cause any trouble in future in conception, so no need to worry about this hope this information helps.
