General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The vaginal swab culture and sensitivity test resulted in positive for bacteria (gram negative rods), with sulbactam-cefoperazone as most susceptible antibiotics found.

You should get a prescription from your doctor to take one of these medications.

With regards to vaginal swab testing (smear), no trichomonas was found only pus cells referring to infection you're experiencing.

You should take oral antibiotics as per sensitivity testing plus vaginal ovules. Discuss further with your caring doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
