Widal test is positive for salmonella typhi infection.
Following treatment is recommended
1. antipyretics like paracetamol TDS
2. Broad spectrum antibiotic like ofloxacin and ornidazole combination BD for 5 to 7 days
3. re establish your gut flora with sporlac tablets
4. have plenty of water
5. complete your antibiotic course.
6. retest widal after a month
