What Does This Widal Test Report Indicate?

Hi. I am 32 year man with no disease track record. For past week I was feel fever in the night only. I test for typhoid. The report says S. Typhi. H. 1:160. Rest other para at 1:80 . My Dr suggested medicine superia dsr. 3times Cetil cv 500 2times Signoflam 2 times Megavita 2time Pl suggest how much infected I am and what should I do.. I have already start talking lite diet and liquid. I have infected with mouth ulcers due to medicine ..

Hello dear
Understand your concern
S. Typhi. H. 1:160 suggests active typhoid infection.
Continue the treatment provided by your doctor to clear the infection.
Repeat the test after 1 week of treatment to know the response of drug and to know the progress of infection.
Take following advise for ulcer
Take sublingual folate and vitamin B12 tablet
Apply glycerine and local anesthetic gel
Avoid outside food and water
Drink plenty of lukewarm water to maintain hydration
Take bed rest.
Avoid spicy/oily/fatty food
