HI MY SEROLOGY WIDAL TEST SHOWS TYPHI H POSITIVE 1:80 DIL AND TYPHI O IS NEGATIVE 1:2O DIL, WHAT U MEAN BY THIS , MY DOCTOR TOLD ME TYPHI H AND O ARE CO-RELATED.IF TYPHI H IS POSITIVE THEN TYPHI O ALSO POSITIVE BUT UNFORTUNATELY IN MY CASE BOTH ARE IN OPPOSIT SIDE, CAN U PLEASE HELP ME OUT?

You have negative widal test.You are not suffering from typhoid fever.
Single value of salmonella O or H antigen titer values equal or greater than 1: 160 is considered as positive.
However four fold increase in titration is confirmatory.
You need proper clinical examination and further investigations.
