What Does This Widal Test Result Mean?

Hi, I got widal test result
S.thypi O =negative,
S.thypi H= (+)1/1280,
S.paratyphi AO = negative,
S.paratyphi AH = (+) 1/320,
S.paratyphi BO = negative,
S.paratyphi BH = (+)1/320.
S.paratyphi CO = negative
S.paratyphi CH = (+) 1/320
My question is does it mean that I got typhus? What is the causes and how to cure it?

I think I can help you.
Considering typhoid ( not typhus), the best antibiotic that can be given is intravenous.
So ideally I would suggest admission to the hospital.
The oral forms of antibiotics like ciprofloxacin are not reliable anymore in view of rising bacterial resistance.
Iv antibiotics like ceftriaxone are needed.
