What Does This X-ray Of Chest Mean?
here s the radio graphic findings of my daughter s xray . there is fullness in the retrocardiac area. heart is not enlarged . both hemidiaphragms, costophrenic sulci and visualized bones are intact .. here s the impression :non specific lymphadenopathy .. so just wanna know the meaning of all of these , just wanna know more about the xray result of my baby .. is she sick or not.. many thanks !

Your daughter's findings suggests abnormal opacity behind heart.She may need clinical correlation and further investigations.
Opacity may be due to many causes like enlarged lymph node etc.
Investigations include routine hemogram,contrast CT scan of thorax.
CT thorax is very important and it can assess cause of opacity.It can also assess size,extension etc.
Treatment depend upon findings.
Rest of the findings are normal.Heart size,CP angles,diaphragm etc are normal.
