What Does This X-ray Report Indicate?
Good Morning! Please clarify this result of the x tray of my father. Re examination since August 29, 2014 shows streaky densities in both paracardiac areas likely fibrosis. Pulmonary vascular markings are within normal limits. Heart is not enlarged. Aorta is atheromatous. Lungs remain hyperaerated. The rest of the chest finds are unchanged including the bi upper lobes fibrotic densities and calcific density in the left 1st rib (Bony island vs. Granuloma). I would be grateful if you could clarify this to me. Thank you very much!

I really appreciate your concern, this could be normal finding and shows some old lesion which is being healed and this need to be correlate with the clinical condition for which the x-ray being done, no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have day.
