General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Increased or accentuated bronchovascular markings in a x-ray chest indicates that there is respiratory congestion and infection. It indicates Lower Respiratory Tract Infection (LRTI).
That is the reason you have fever and headache.
If you are able to bring out sputum, kindly get its culture and sensitivity test done.
Based on the report you need to take appropriate antibiotic course. Along with it you need to take decongestant and mucolytic syrup containing Ambroxyl and Chlorpheniramine maleate.
Kindly consult Chest Physician in this regard for proper advise.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
