What does dis xray report means :- Bilateral bronchovascular prominences are seen .Soft , irregular areas of pneumonities are seen in right subhilar aspect in right lower zone . Cardiac shadow is ok. Both costo.phrenic angles are clear. Bony thoracic cage is unremarkable.
According to reports there are features of pneumonitis(infection) in right subhilar region(lower zone).You need antibiotics for infection. There is also bilateral prominent bronchovascular markings,it may be due to infection. Cardiac size is also within normal limit. Both costo phrenic angles are clear. Visualize bony structures are also normal. Hope i have answered your query.
