What Does Throbbing Pain Around The Tooth While Sleeping Suggest?

At first I thought I have a toothache...throbbing, however, stops when I sit up...I cannot lay down. Sinus infection...use a saline solution in my nostril and it burned like hell. Now sitting up and getting relief. I took to 2 500 mg acetimophen...what else should I do...just sleep sitting up? Z pac from doctors my daughter told me this afternoon, however, is it a little soon to run to the doctors? My email is YYYY@YYYY

it must be carries with involvement of route of tooth. go for warm saline mouth wash and route canal treatment in two stages may be required. analgesic and antibiotic for 3days may be required.
