What Does Tickling Sensation In The Throat And Chest Indicate?
I have a slight tickle in my throat or chest, i dont know. And its uncomfortable sleeping now because whichever way I sleep, its uncomfortable on my chest area. I can’t sleep anymore. I was recently diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, if that helps. I just want to know if I should go to the emergency room or if it’s serious or not.

Your problem can be most likely due to laryngopharyngeal reflux. Taking proton pump inhibitors like esomeprazole (Nexium) and antacids like gaviscon will be helpful. If that is not helping, then approach the emergency room.
