What Does Tingling On Shin Area Implies?

Left shin tingling - no injury and no pain. Just a feeling of it being "asleep" for over 24 hours now. The feeling is from the knee to above the ankle and is only felt when it is touched. Some mild feeling of tingling when walking but very mild and almost not noticeable.
