What Does Tingling Right Arm And Leg With Sharp Pain In Shoulder Mean?

I've been having a tingling sensation in my right arm, it gets worse if i move from side to side and if I reach for anything with my right arm. I've been having sporatic tingling in my right leg as well, and sporatic sharp pain in my shoulder blade.
