Peripheral neuropathy, muscle weakness etc can be the possibility.
NCV testing and EMG testing, serum blood sugar estimation, serum TSH, serum T4 estimation etc investigation can be done for work up
If needed serum urea, creatinine, sgpt, sgot like investigation also planned for checking kidney and Liver profile
